Successful transaction

A transaction is considered successful if two automatic e-mails are received immediately after confirmation of the transaction at the e-mail address you listed during the purchase. The first is from the CorvusPay system confirming the transaction authorisation, while the second is from the Biokovo Nature Park Webshop with confirmation of the order, and with the invoice and Print@home ticket in PDF format in the enclosures. If you do not receive these two automatic e-mails, please check your junk mail folder. Please have your tickets ready for inspection before entering the park.

Unsuccessful transaction

If you have not received the two automatic e-mails and they are not in your junk mail folder, it is likely that the credit card transaction was unsuccessful, or you entered the wrong e-mail address during the purchase. In that case, please check whether your card has been charged for the amount of the purchased tickets. If your card has not been charged, then the transaction was unsuccessful! There is the possibility that the funds are only temporarily reserved by your bank, though if you did not receive the automatic message on transaction authorisation, then your card has not been charged by the Corvus Pay system. If your card has been charged for the amount of the purchased tickets, but you did not receive the two automatic e-mail messages, then the e-mail you gave was incorrect! In that case, please contact us at the e-mail or telephone below, exclusively within 2 hours of purchase, because otherwise we are not able to validate your complaint. When filing a complaint, please state your order number.

Online purchase with credit card

If you experience any difficulties during online payment with the 3D Secure v2.0 payment confirmation, please contact the customer service of the bank that issued your credit or debit card, or search online for the bank issuer’s instructions on authentication methods at 3DS sales locations.

Notification on how to file a written Customer Complaint

Pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 19/22), consumers are informed that they may file a complaint concerning the quality of our services in writing:

You will receive a written response to your complaint within no more than 15 days of receipt of your complaint.

If you do not receive an e-mail confirming your order, with the invoice and tickets, please contact us by e-mail at within no more than 2 hours of your ticket purchase. After this time, we can no longer accept your complaint!
